General COVID-19 Protocols
- Please conduct business online, over the phone, by mail or using the drop box outside the Town Hall whenever possible. Click here for a full list of items that can be placed in the Town Hall drop box.
- All in-person business at the DeWitt Town Hall is by appointment only. Please call the Town Hall at (315) 446-3910 to make an appointment. Click here for the full list of contact information for each department.
- Masks must be worn in the Town Hall at all times.
- Observe social distancing policies and markers while inside the Town Hall.
Department Protocols
- Taxes: All tax payments must be made by mail, drop box or online. Click here for more information.
- Town Clerk: In-Person Appointments can only be made for: Marriage licenses, passports, notary services and Fishing & Hunting Licenses. For all other services please use the mail or drop box. Click here for more information.
- Recreation: In-person appointments are available for Food Sense Orders only. All other services can be done online, by mail, over the phone or using the drop box. Click here for more information.
- Water: All water payments must be made by mail, drop box or online. Click here for more information.
