2019 Onondaga County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan

The Syracuse-Onondaga County Planning Agency (SOCPA) is leading the update of the 2013 countywide Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP).  The plan is required by state and federal agencies in order for communities in Onondaga County to be eligible for certain types of non-emergency disaster assistance, including funds for mitigation projects.
