Located at 148 Sanders Creek Parkway in East Syracuse, the Community Room is available for Town of DeWitt residents to rent when not in use for Town functions. This facility has a full kitchen, tables and chairs. To reserve the facility submit a completed rental form and full payment to the Recreation Office in the DeWitt Town Hall or make your reservation online on RecDesk. We recommend checking RecDesk or contacting the Recreation Office at (315) 446-3910 x 9 to determine if the date you desire is available. Bounce houses are not permitted inside the Community Room.

2. Can we hang decorations?
Yes, your party may use PAINTER'S TAPE ONLY to fasten decorations to the wall. No glitter or confetti is allowed to keep the space as clean as possible. We thank you for your understanding.
3. Are Non-DeWitt-Residents able to rent this room?
NO. You may only rent the space if you pay taxes to the Town of DeWitt.
4. What days are available for reserving the space?
Friday afternoons, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday only.
5. What times are available to reserve the space?
FULL DAY: 9:00AM-10PM.
HALF DAY: 9:00AM-2:00PM or 5:00PM-10:00PM.
Note: These times include set-up and take-down.
6. How many people can fit in the space?
100. 
7. Can I use an outside caterer?
Yes.
8. How soon can I schedule a reservation?
Reservations must be made, at minimum, 30 days prior to your requested event date.
