PARKS & FACILITIES

MAXWELL PARK

This 105-acre park is located on Badgley Rd. in East Syracuse. It features three picnic shelters, restrooms, two lighted softball fields, one lighted football / soccer / lacrosse field, Archery Targets and Horse Shoe courts.  The shelters and ball fields are available for rental on a seasonal basis.  To reserve the facility call the Recreation Office 446-9250 ext 9 to determine if the date you desire is available.  If the date is available submit the field request form or pavilion request  form with payment to the Recreation Office. Directions to Maxwell Park :
Take Route 481 to Exit 7 (Rte. 298)
Turn right onto Rte. 298
Take the 1ST right onto Fly Road
Take the 1ST left onto Badgley Road
The park is approximately 1/4 mile up Badgley Road on the right

OR
Take Rte. 298 through Carrier Circle(Toward Bridgeport)
Go past the turn for Northern Blvd.
Turn left onto Schuyler Road
Turn right onto Badgley Road
The park is approximately ¼ mile up Badgley Road on the left
