Handicap parking hang tags are issued to town residents who meet New York State’s requirements. Application forms are available at the Town Clerk’s office and can be mailed to residents upon request.
Requirements:
- Resident of DeWitt
- Completion of New York State’s application form
- Certification of need by an authorized medical provider.
- Identifying number from New York State Driver’s License, if the applicant is licensed.
