Office Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
The office is located on the first floor of the DeWitt Town Hall to the rear of the building.
Court Hours:
Court is held in the DeWitt Town Hall Courtroom the first four weeks of each month, on Tuesdays for Judge David S. Gideon and on Wednesdays for Judge Robert L. Jokl Jr. Court begins at 6:00 p.m. with doors opening approximately one half hour before Court.
Court Policies:
The Town of DeWitt Court does not accept e-mail transmissions.
The Court staff is not permitted to give legal advice.
